Through this beautiful practice we will find balance between the Yin and the Yang in our bodies. Using a sequence made up of both Power Vinyasa (Yang) and Zen (Yin), you can expect to sweat, move, deeply stretch and breathe into all the depths of your body.

Balance is important wherever you look at it, let’s start here with this practice and see how it unfolds and reacts in the body with a complete connectedness of mind, body and spirit.
